Job Description – HSC Supervisor
We are hiring 2 HSC Supervisors to oversee and manage food service and catering operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide catering/dining staff during daily operations
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and quality standards are maintained
Coordinate with kitchen team for timely preparation and service
Handle guest inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage staff schedules and delegate duties efficiently
Maintain inventory of dining supplies and report shortages
Assist in event setups and smooth execution of catering services
